I have had this bike for about eight months now and the only reason I got was because I didn't desire to look a month to receive the Peloton simply starting to think the Peloton was worth the await?!? My sister has the peloton and raves about the community and her friends. I talked my best friend and my mom out of getting the Peloton and getting the echelon instead which they did, I take requested them to my friends list and they are non showing upwardly! Also, I detest the fact the bike doesn't not sync upwardly to my Apple Watch, yeah I know I can download an app and it will piece of work merely I don't desire to have to download an additional app just for that, that is super abrasive! Especially because I got the Apple tree Sentry specifically for fettle tracking! We're in the 21st century at present this should be a no brainer! Whenever I outset my Nike app workouts it automatically starts my lookout man, echelon let's get on the aforementioned folio!!!!! Please fix the friends problems and the ability to connect to Apple tree Watch!

I tried the costless trial, only couldn't get their app to work at no fault of my ain. Never used the service. Withal when I got to the end of the trial they charged me fifty-fifty though i did non apply their service. I chosen support multiple times to fix the issue. They could non help. Finally I talked to someone that was able to fix the event and offered another gratis trial. Unfortunately by then I already knew I wouldn't accept time to endeavor it. They said they would refund my money back but then I ended up getting charged for two subscriptions and did not become the showtime subscription refunded. Information technology's a little complicated then permit's just say I had a very difficult time getting my money refunded. I did demand to stay on top of information technology just they ultimately refunded some of my $ back, but only after I posted this review. I am calculation a star because I don't want to bash a company. However I practise remember that they demand to rethink the way they handle the free trial situation. If they coax yous into free trials maybe they shouldn't go your credit card data until y'all're ready to subscribe. I probably would accept subscribed, information technology'south something I really wanted to practise, but with the service I received I did modify my listen. After much inquiry into the various live studio fitness bike/app combos I finally decided to purchase the Echelon Connect bike and accompanying app Echelon Fit. The bike arrived and was like shooting fish in a barrel to set up. I downloaded the app before the bike arrived to play with it a fleck and liked how piece of cake it was to use. When my bike arrived I connected it to the app effortlessly and started my beginning ride. Within minutes the app froze and I had to restart it. This happened twice more than. I made certain my iPad was up to date and had the latest version of the app installed, both were upwards to date. I contacted Echelon through Facebook messenger and near 10 minutes later on they asked for my telephone number. Minutes later I received a call from ane of the software developers who checked everything again with me and the suggested I delete the app and reinstall it equally it may not accept updated correctly. Problem solved, now working perfectly! Support similar this is why I chose Echelon over Peloton and I could not exist happier with my choice!
